Cuba
Cuba is a country most of us know of but very few have ever visited. During my recent trip there I was able to admire the natural beauty of the country and observe, evolving within this natural beauty, the social and political conflict that still exists in the country. Modern buildings are erected next to humble little houses - symbols of an age that is already changing - hopefully for the better. Tons of cement in one corner of the country, luscious growth of plants in another. Perhaps, what best describes it all is the picture of the two buildings hosting huge metal constructions of Che Guevara (a national hero) at left and Jesus Christ at right.
