Hermodice carunculata  (common name: Fire-worm (UK), Ver de feu (F) Feuerwurm (D))

The bearded fire-worms are small but dangerous creatures. If you can get close enough, you will see that it flares its poisonous white bristles. However, it is a beautiful animal; the combination of colours on its body, surrounded by the white bristles makes for impressive photos.
