Tulips

We were looking for something different. We concentrated on the tulips in our garden as an experiment. We were pleased with some of the shots.

Shutter speed - aperture: 1/100 sec - f/16, Aperture priority

Image: NEF edited in Photoshop CS5, levels adjusted, sharpening added saved as JPEG and resized.

2. Camera: Nikon D3x
Lens: Tamron SP AF 90mm f/2.8 Macro
Sensitivity: ISO 200
Shutter speed - aperture: 1/250 sec - f/8, Manual mode.
Flash: None
Image: NEF edited in Photoshop CS5, levels adjusted, sharpening added saved as JPEG and resized.

3. As above but saved as black and white JPEG.
