Fast Food (Buteo buteo; Buzzard)

Well, you have got to eat to survive. I cannot blame this buzzard for feasting on the flesh of the rabbit that passed away in the rough winter weather. I took a lot of photos though most of them were not critically sharp. After all the 90m subject distance and a 1200mm focal length are a challenge to use as such, even on a "forgiving" D700. Next time I will definitely use a higher shutter speed with ISO's in the 800-1600 range.
