Frontinellina frutetorum (Linyphiidae) We saw this spider while we were shooting a caterpillar. Hyperactive, it did not stay for long so we could not take the shots we would like. We just got some quick shots of it, the kind we shoot when we spot a new species to help us with identification and to add to our records. We hope we will come across this species again in the future. This spider often falls victim to other spiders. Members of the Linyphidae are probably air travellers. They a build a web which they ride and which flies like a kite; this transfers them over long distances. This spider was found in West Peloponnese, Greece.
