Octopus vulgaris

Octopuses are really interesting creatures. They are highly intelligent, fast moving, strong and much more. I am particularly impressed by their camouflage and hiding skills. Look at the photos. Because they do not have a skeleton they can enter in the smallest caves or crevices and hide from potential enemies. In addition, they can assume various skin textures such as this of a rock as in the second photo. The animal in the first and third photos decided to hide to observe me while I was taking a photo of it.
